Conscious Death

online educational series

The Art Of the good dead

informative, practical, meaningful, transformative

a spin-off of our EKR MXC
The Art of a Good Death workshops, kindled by the passionate interest of the SMA UU Care Team

3rd Wednesday of every month, 11AM – 12:30PM CT Mexico time

In this series of workshops, led by professionals in fields related to end of life, we explore and experience playful and practical approaches that help us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually feel prepared to stay present through the loss of our loved ones and feel prepared for our own death.

While we may not be able to fully control the circumstances surrounding our dying, we can make thoughtful choices that bring us greater ease in the process, in life and as we face the end of life. Throughout this series, we will together contemplate, think, explore, feel and sense through a variety of perspectives and approaches.

The workshops are intended so each participant experiences an individual and collective journey of greater self-awareness and self-discovery toward greater personal wellness and wholeness, and greater peace with life and the one certainty we all share.

In this series, international guests share their wisdom and experience with areas such as Green Burial, Home Funerals, Swedish Death Cleaning, Community Deathcare, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Companioning through Bereavement, Practicing Dying, and much more!
