Discover what gets in the way of living more fully and thus having a good death. Explore and experience playful, contemplative and practical approaches that help you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to live more consciously and intentionally, and to be prepared to stay present when facing losses, those of each day, and those of our loved ones, and to feel thoroughly prepared for your own death.
The workshop is designed so each participant experiences an individual and collective journey of greater self-awareness and self-discovery toward greater personal wellness and wholeness, and greater peace with life.
