You may, at any time prior to 3 weeks before the class, workshop, training, event you signed up for begins, cancel your registration and receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $15-50 USD, depending on the offering you registered for. After that time, Fundación EKR México Centro, A. C., will not issue a refund. However, you can contact us if you choose to use the registration payment and reschedule for a future offering at no extra cost as long as you sign up and attend within the next 12-month period. Please be aware that if you cannot attend the event and fail to give proper notification prior to the event date you will forfeit the entire fee paid.
Fundación EKR México Centro, A.C., reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment up to 15 calendar days in advance of the scheduled event date, depending on the offering. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future event date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
Fundación EKR México Centro, A.C., is not responsible for any expenses incurred by customers to attend an event if the event is canceled.
If an event is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future offering.
Reservations and rgistration is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Last-minute registrations and reservations will be accepted if space permits.
