Virtual Series: Preparing for a Conscious Death
In this series of workshops, led by professionals in end-of-life related fields, we explore and experiment with practical, serious and playful approaches that help us to feel mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared to remain present through the loss of our loved ones and feel ready for our own death.
While we may not be able to fully control the circumstances surrounding our death, we can make thoughtful choices that will bring us greater ease in the process, in life and when facing the end of life. Throughout this series, we will contemplate, think, explore, feel and perceive together what a conscious death might be through a variety of perspectives and approaches.
The workshops are intended for each participant to experience an individual and collective journey of greater self-awareness and self-discovery towards greater personal well-being and fulfillment, and greater peace with life and the one certainty we all share.
In this educational series, a variety of international guests share their wisdom and experience in areas such as Green Burials, Home Funerals, Swedish Death Cleaning, Community Care for the Grieving and Dying, Palliative Care, End-of-Life Care, Hospice Care, Grief Accompaniment, Dying Practices, and much more.
