Ken, son of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, is founder & president of EKR Foundation and serves on several boards of directors. Ken was the primary caregiver for Elisabeth the last 9 years of her life til her death in 2004. Ken is a professional photographer, recently meeting his goal to photograph 101 countries.

Wilka, president of Fundacion Elisabeth Kubler-Ross México Centro, is a transpersonal psychologist, ordained interfaith minister, life, death & transition doula, grief counselor, dream worker, teacher, writer, facilitator, Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, photographer, musician, artist, jeweler, baker and mythmaker.

Marti, mostly self-taught artist and art teacher, draws, paints, blogs, explores other media to express ideas in a meaningful way. Marti creates colorful shrouds for green burial and raises awareness of the importance of preparing for a good death.

Ian works in palliative care as a nurse, helping patients express their final thoughts through poetry and legacy songs. Ian works as a professional composer, performing artist, and exhibits visual art in galleries and private collections.

Proceeds will go to the replicable model project of green burials for land conservation and reforestation, for communities throughout Mexico.
On Wednesday, May 18, 2022, Fundación EKR México Centro was able to carry out the first authentically green burial in Mexico—not counting the burials of our ancestors— and make the last wish of Vicki Stehn (1940 - 2022) come true, which with her enthusiastic encouragement and permission we pledged to share. Vicki, friend and mentor, has left us with the commitment and responsibility to ensure that green burial is accessible to all across Mexico, and leave a conscious, loving legacy for future generations.
